This nonogram puzzle helps students develop vocabulary, spelling, and reading comprehension skills. Regular practice builds confidence and fluency.
What is a nonogram?
A nonogram (also called picross, griddler, or hanjie) is a logic puzzle where you shade cells in a grid according to number clues on each row and column. When complete, the shaded cells form a pixel art picture.
How do I start solving nonograms?
Begin with the row or column that has the most filled cells (longest clues). Fill all cells that must be filled regardless of clue position, then eliminate cells that cannot be filled. Work iteratively until the puzzle is solved.
